A specific VoIP phone is not required to sign up for this type of phone system. A VoIP adaptor can be purchased to covert the voice data transmission from a regular phone into the voice data that utilizes the internet.

Monthly service includes UNLIMITED calls to anywhere in the US and Canada well as other common features like call waiting, three way calling, caller ID, voicemail, etc.
